Apparently, this election is the most important one!

I'm starting to get the feeling that the sentence, "This is the most important election of our lifetimes!" gets uttered every presidential election. Apparently local elections can never be important.

The reasons are good this time around; economy in the toilet, still in Iraq, and of course, who exactly can talk about putting cosmetics on farm animals. At least this isn't 2004 and we aren't incessantly talking about Vietnam.
